Siloam Hospitals Bali has achieved Clinical Care Program Certification (CCPC) for Stroke Treatment from Joint Commission International (JCI), marking a significant milestone in the hospital's commitment to world-class emergency care. The accreditation validates that the facility meets comprehensive international standards for treating one of Indonesia's most serious health threats.

The certification comes as Indonesia grapples with stroke as a leading cause of disability and death. According to health data, stroke accounts for approximately 18.5 percent of total deaths across the archipelago, making rapid, specialized treatment critical for patient survival and recovery.

For ischemic stroke patients—the most common type—there is a critical "golden window" of just 4.5 hours from symptom onset to administer effective therapy. During this narrow timeframe, specialized interventions can minimize brain damage and significantly improve outcomes.
